Seated Exercise

SIT AND GET FIT!​

A gentle chair-based fitness class to music. Using stretches and supplied equipment with some optional standing movements. Make new friends, improve overall strength, mobility joint flexibility, and have fun!​​

 

£5 per weekly class (includes cuppa in the café after class)​

Wednesdays at 2pm​

Cyclopark, Gravesend​

ZOOM classes also available​

£20 for 4 weeks ​

(£2.50 per class if doing both classes)​

Tuesday at 9am​

Friday at 10.15am
