Antenatal Clinics
Community midwives run clinics from Meopham Medical Centre on a Tuesday. The midwives arrange their own clinics and patients need to self refer to Darent Valley Maternity services to register your pregnancy.
Childhood Immunisation
Vaccination is the most important thing we can do to protect ourselves and our children against ill health. They prevent millions of deaths worldwide every year.

Child Development Checks
Development assessments are carried out by the doctors and by the health visitors attached to the Practice.
Diabetic Clinic
All diabetic patients (except those attending a hospital clinic) are invited for a full review of their diabetes on a yearly basis. The clinic is not intended for routine consultations for diabetic patients - please ask for a normal surgery appointment with the doctor of your choice.
Family Planning
A full range of family planning services is available during normal surgery consultations.
Minor Operations
A range of minor surgical procedures are available by arrangement.
Cervical Screening
If you have received your letter from the NHS Cervical Screening Department, then please telephone the surgery to make an appointment with one of the Practice Nurses, or submit an online triage request by clicking here and use the 'administrative help' section to request a medical examination.
Routine Vaccinations
Our Practice Nurses offer appointments for routine vaccinations.

Covid Vaccinations
Meopham Medical Centre will be inviting eligible patients by text message with a self-booking link to book their appointment.
Who is eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine:
You or your child may be offered a COVID-19 vaccine if you:
- are 75 years or over (you need to be 75 years old by 30 June 2024)
- are 6 months to 74 years old and have a weakened immune system

live in a care home for older adults
We are unable to vaccinate patients who are under 18. Any eligible patients under 18 will need to book a site via the National Booking Service
Influenza Vaccination
Meopham Medical Centre will be offering the Seasonal Influenza vaccination to eligible patients.
