COVID & Flu Vaccination Clinics – Autumn 2026 Meopham Medical Centre will be holding vaccination clinics for eligible patients throughout October 2026.

💉 Flu Vaccination Clinic only – for eligible patients.

Who is eligible for the Autumn 2026 COVID vaccination? You may be eligible if you:

  • Are aged 75 or over, including those who will turn 75 by 31 January 2027.
  • Are aged 6 months to 74 years and have a weakened immune system due to a health condition or treatment.
    Please note: Meopham Medical Centre will not be vaccinating patients under 18 for COVID.
  • Live in a care home for older adults.

Who is eligible for the flu vaccination? You may be eligible if you:

  1. Are aged 65 and over.
  2. Are aged 18 to under 65 and in a clinical risk group, including people with certain long-term health conditions.
  3. Live in a care home or meet other NHS eligibility criteria.

Booking your appointment 📱 Booking links for these clinics will be sent out next week to eligible patients.

Please use the booking link to arrange your appointment before calling the surgery, where possible. This will help us to reduce the number of telephone calls to the practice and keep our phone lines available for patients who need assistance.

🏠 Housebound patients and patients without a mobile phone will be contacted directly by the practice next week and offered an appointment.
