Johns Hopkins Adjusted Clinical Risk Groups (ACGs)/PNG Group Score
You may notice a test result referring to the ACG/PNG Group Score appearing in your NHS app. The Johns Hopkins Adjusted Clinical Needs (ACG) and Patient Needs Groups (PNG) Score is a simple way of categorising patients based on their specific health needs. It helps us as a practice understand the individual needs of our patients based on their health and well-being to support personalised care and ensure you get the right support in a timely way.
Johns Hopkins Adjusted Clinical Risk Groups (ACGs). Adjusted Clinical Groups categorise patients into different groups based on the complexity and intensity of their healthcare needs rather than just their medical conditions.
