Test Results

Results of Tests and Investigations

If your doctor sends you for blood tests or X-rays, you should always ring to confirm the result. Although your doctor will normally try to contact you if the result is significantly abnormal, you should not assume that it is normal because you have not heard anything, as results can sometimes 'go astray'.

Most test results are available after a week although some results may take longer.

You can see your test results on the NHS App

Alternatively, please ring for results after 14:00, or you can submit the 'Request Test Results' form below and we can send the results to you via text or email.

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior written permission for their release.
